Se volete assaporare davvero l’anima del Salento, agristurismo Allisanti e il posto giusto. Un ristorante tipico, unico nel suo genere, dove ogni dettaglio racconta la terra e le sue emozioni. Qui tutto è semplice e autentico: persone genuine, un’accoglienza calorosa che ti fa sentire subito a casa, e un cibo che rispecchia perfettamente il luogo in cui ti trovi. L’atmosfera è magica, pura, ed è impossibile non lasciarsi trasportare dal sapore delle tradizioni. Servizio incredibile, cameriere simpatici e professionali. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza vera, fatta di convivialità e di bellezza semplice. Un piccolo consiglio? Portate con voi un sorriso: sarà la chiave per rendere questa esperienza ancora più unica e indimenticabile.

Great food and outstanding service in a (very) rural setting. We don't speak Italian, but felt very welcome. They were very accommodating when it came to gluten-free options. It's cash only and best to make a reservation. Just be careful with how much you order, the portions are generous :)

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Puglia. The food is delicious. The appetizers are creative and there are small variations each time. Here we had the best pasta after travelling for a few months in Italy. The owners are friendly and welcoming, you feel more like having dinner with your family than in a restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff and most importantly exceptional food. Fantastic selection of antipasti, then we had 2 excellent pastas, followed by a vitello chop. Highly recommend if you're after a true Italian experience.

I highly recommend this place, if you are in the area it is worth to give them a visit. We ate here several times in the evening. The food is very good, the appetizers are the star, very creative, there were slight variations each time we ate, so you always get something new. The pasta dishes are also quite good, and they can vary. The setting is rustic and well though of and the owners are friendly and communicative, you feel quite at home.

Absolutely amazing. Everything! Possibly best for I’ve ever had! No menu, the owner comes over to tell you what they have. Can’t go wrong with any of them. True Pugliese food. And the atmosphere is amazing! The best!

A hidden gem, truly traditional Salento food experience with a great host and hostess. We felt welcome and at home, grazie mille! (Keep in mind to have cash with you to pay).
